This spread was so fun to do! There are points that it was truly a hot mess. The Lindy’s sprays can tend toward a muted color on the surface, but I recovered it by bringing in the vibrant Golden Fluid Acrylics in Nickle Azo Gold, Cobalt Turquoise & Permanent Violet Dark. In my mixed media process, I have learned to let go of my expectations and truly play- which is a gift to me. I hope that you play. I hope that you get your hands dirty 😊 The message of this piece is inspired by my journey with my Mother-in- law who is in the late stages of dementia. She is precious and I am blessed to be able to be with her as she lives out the end of her journey. There is a lot of letting go! Isn’t life like that though? We love, we long, we work, we hope & we fight but often we are called to the higher action of letting go. I hope you enjoyed the video
