Video - Exposed Spine Test Drive - Mixed Media Art Journal

Hello friends,

I watched Stacy over at Stacy’s Crafty Jam do an exposed spine journal. I really want to try it on the Grungy Bee Journal, but I didn’t want that to be my guinea pig! So, I decided to do a test drive by making an art journal with an exposed spine. I love it! I want to get back to doing my Sunday’s ART of Truth, but wanted a smaller size journal to work in. I love the exposed spine. With the looseness that this allows, the journal will lay almost flat for working in. It was a little tricky at first, but I show you how I work through the issues in the video.
