Hello sweet friends!
Today I dove into a whimsical play session with embossing folders, watercolor, and oxide inks—and oh my, what a dreamy combo it turned out to be!
I set out to make textured envelopes and discovered that not all papers are created equal when it comes to folding. The handmade watercolor paper was a bit too chunky, but the Bockingford 140 lb cold press worked like a dream—and yes, the envelope punch board handled it beautifully!
These envelopes turned out rich in texture, color, and charm—perfect for adding watercolor magic to your junk journals. I loved the process so much, I’m packing up embossed watercolor paper for our vacation. Come see how these beauties came to life and maybe get inspired to try a batch of your own!
🎨 Featuring:
• Oxide inks & watercolor blends
• Embossing folder texture play
• Envelope punch board fun
• A sprinkle of junk journal joy!
Let’s create something beautiful together!
