Today, I stepped way outside my comfort zone! While I live and breathe mixed media and grunge, I’ve never attempted a patina or rust effect in my journals – until now. After a few moments of panic (and a lot of mess), I embraced the chaos and created a gusseted pocket for one of my Grungy Library Journal covers. I couldn’t use the gorgeous digital kits directly due to all the texture layers, but I did tuck in a quadruple swing tag set and a few large tags that complement the grungy, rusty pocket beautifully!
