Hello friends,
Today I’m sharing an oldie but goodie — my magic-pull tab pocket ephemera — brought back with fresh eyes and beautiful new papers. I loved working with the Moments in Time (Grandma’s Kitchen) collection alongside the faith-focused Rooted in Him papers. Their warmth, softness, and meaning made these interactive pockets especially lovely.
This ephemera piece is simple, fully resizable, and wonderfully versatile. I’ve made these very small in past projects, but today I’m focusing on larger versions to give plenty of room for journal cards. Each pocket features a seam-binding pull mechanism that magically reveals the hidden journaling cards inside.
These are perfect for memory keeping, faith journaling, storytelling, and gentle reflection. Whether you’re creating for yourself or for someone you love, this interactive element adds both beauty and function to your journal pages.
