Hello friends,
Today, we are making a start on the reference journal we have been talking about. I have never made a reference journal before, but I am quite excited. I am still ironing out details about how I will use it once the construction is done. I want it to be able to hold the ephemera that I make but also have a place for description of the item, how it was made, and who inspired it (if it wasn’t me) I am thinking some envelope flip outs that can be attached to the outer edge of a page to hold the instructions.
I would love to hear your thoughts as well.
In Part 2, we will sew in the signatures, dream about the cover and share any insights that may have come up for me.
