In today’s video, I’m sharing a fun double feature as we continue both the Page Idea Series and the Tip-In Series while working in the Moments in Time (Grandma’s Kitchen) and Rooted in Him journals.
We are creating a Double Stuffed Pocket Page with a Tip-In Feature, and I absolutely love how versatile this design is. This page allows you to work directly on your journal base, pulling in all the beauty of the existing page while adding layers of function and hidden writing space.
What makes this page special:
- The pocket can be placed anywhere on the page and wrapped in any direction
- The top pocket is fully gusseted on all sides for maximum capacity
- The bottom pocket includes one gusset for expansion
- Both pockets can hold multiple large journal cards for lots of writing space
- Includes a beautiful tip-in feature that adds movement and interest to the page
I made several sample placements to show how adaptable this design can be. Whether you love structured layouts or playful experimentation, this pocket page can be customized to fit your journal style perfectly.
